Return Policy

Because we are a small boutique with a special selection of limited pieces, refunds are not possible.

All sales are for in-store credit, full-price and sale items alike.
Exchanges are only possible if the garments have not been worn and are in perfect condition with the tags still attached.
Items 70% off or more are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges allowed. 

Soiled, damaged or compromised merchandise will not be accepted, so please exercise caution when trying on garments.

Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase, unless a gift receipt for a longer duration has been issued.

Machus does not take responsibility for regular wear & tear and rips on purchased garments. We can forward you contact information of the brand of your purchase, but we cannot replace or give cash refund for the item purchased on our webstore.

Store credit is valid for 1 year from the issued date.

Please note that store credits cannot be combined with store promotion codes. We can only do 1 code per transaction.

We reserve the right to put items on sale at any given time. If you purchased an item within 7 days of that item going on sale and your size is still available, please email info@machusonline.com and we will issue you store credit for the difference. The 7 days begins on the purchase date.
